You always keep an eye on the commercial success of your store, the set targets and the associated KPIs - and intervene to keep performance at the highest level.




Together with the Area Management, HR and Retail Operations you plan how your team and you can continuously develop the store and increase our brand awareness.
Your colleagues can count on you at any time because you help where necessary, always have an open ear, and find a solution for every challenge.
Several years of professional experience in store management and in a leadership role
Passion for sales and customer service, an uncompromising openness towards all people and the ability to motivate and inspire others
Curiosity and understanding of (emerging) trends in fashion / footwear as well as an affinity for social media
Results-oriented approach, understanding of retail-specific KPIs and an eye for detail
Proficient in MS Office as well as common cash register systems
Very good Italian and English skills; other languages are an advantage
