Experteer Overview As Satcom Antenna Lead Engineer you will steer systems engineering for the design and qualification of SatCom antenna terminals and subsystems for ground and airborne use. You will drive reflector and phased array antenna development, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, cost, and schedule targets. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define architecture, manage risk, and support production and field operations. This role offers impact across product families, from conception to customer acceptance, in a mission-critical aerospace context. You will lead with a hands‐on, collaborative approach to deliver reliable, high-performance SATCOM solutions.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead design, development and qualification/certification of SatCom antenna products to meet requirements and program constraints
Oversee technical definition, engineering deliverables, schedule, cost, quality and risk management up to customer acceptance
Coordinate systems engineering activities across program lifecycle




Translate design to requirements and design to manufacturing
Perform antenna design activities and support production, logistics and customers
Assure safe operations, investigate anomalies to identify root causes
Contribute to lessons learned sessions
Responsabilità 10+ years in antenna design focusing on reflector and phased array antennas
5+ years leading multi-discipline engineering teams from concept to delivery
Experience with Military and Commercial SATCOM terminal requirements, validation and certification
Experience designing/validating terminals for LEO, MEO, GEO constellations
Familiar with antenna performance validation methodologies (indoor/outdoor testing)
Knowledge of SATCOM terminal integration for MODEMs across multiple orbits/networks
Knowledge of Link Budgets Analysis and SATCOM performance prediction
Familiarity with RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 qualification processes
Mastering regulatory airworth
