Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and seniority levels Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements Lead the selection process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management Ensure high-quality delivery across all hiring pipelines Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies Actively identify and engage passive candidates through direct search Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles Develop and manage relationships with universities and academic institutions Represent the company in career days and recruitment events to attract early talent Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Represent In Post employer brand across all candidate interactions Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire,



pipeline conversion) Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and suppliers Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes independently Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or multinational environments preferred Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting techniques Hands‐on experience with ATS platforms and Linked In Recruiter Solid understanding of recruitment KPIs and reporting Knowledge of Italian labour market dynamics Italian: native or full professional proficiency English: fluent (mandatory for internal and Group communication) #J-18808-Ljbffr
