Responsibilities
- Creation of purchase orders (PO) in line with business needs.
- Daily monitoring of purchase orders and assessment of risks of delivery failure or airing, suggesting the most appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaboration with Inbound, Import and Merchandising teams for receiving orders and managing any issues like delays.
- Onboarding of suppliers according to logistics procedures and QVC logistics manual.
- Support for the efficient flow of information between Suppliers, Commercial, Distribution Center and Shipping Team, prioritizing urgent deliveries.
- Continuous analysis and proposal for improvements to the order management process.
- Reporting on supplier and company performance in relation to order management.




- Participation in meetings and projects with international stakeholders. Requirements
- Preferable previous experience in Supply chain and knowledge of departmental dynamics.
- Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in economic and/or management disciplines.
- Good proficiency in key IT systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP.
- Good knowledge of English (oral and written).
- Ability to work in national and international teams.
- Problem-solving attitude respecting timelines.
