Financial Services Luogo di lavoro: Our Client is looking for an Investment & Asset Manager to join its team based in Milan.
Responsibilities Develop the strategy for the assets in portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis
Proactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets
Monitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs
Identify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trends
Lead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectives
Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations
Proactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio
Fund Managers, ESG Team)
Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers)
Master's degree preferably in real estate, engineering or business economics
Minimum 5 - 7 years' work experience in real estate
Affinity both with transactions and asset management
Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate
Well informed of local legislation applicable to real estate
Excellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant network
Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
Resilient and well organised multi-tasker and team player
Comfortable within an evolving and international environment
Proactive, flexible and assertive
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point)
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
