We are selecting an ICT Support person to join our Technical Office.
He/She will be included in the Digitalization group and will collaborate in the implementation and management of the company's IT infrastructure.
Work Tasks Keep the company IT infrastructure updated and identify optizimation opportunities
Promote the use of new information technologies within the company, training company departments on their use
Support employees in resolving problems using software or devices
Provide hardware support to company staff
Draw up the necessary documentation
Requirements Experience with Operating Systems such as Windows Server, Linux
Knowledge of Computer Networks, including TCO/IP, DHCP, DNS protocols
Ability to configure and manage network devices, routers, switches, firewalls




Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing concepts
Experience with storage, backup and disaster recovery technologies
Programming and scripting skills (e.g. Python, PowerShell)
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices to protect systems and data
Good knowledge of English
Technical Diploma

Working hours: tempo pieno
Contract type: "CCNL Metalmeccanico Confapi PMI" with level and remuneration commensurate with the candidate's actual experience.
