At Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services, you will join a high‐performing infrastructure and cloud platform team focused on designing, implementing, and evolving enterprise‐grade container platforms based on RedHat OpenShift.
Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms in hybrid and multi‐cloud environments
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security compliance
Support platform evolution initiatives
Contribute to CI/CD, GitOps, and DevOps practices
Troubleshoot complex incidents and serve as escalation point
Collaborate with Architects and consulting partners
Drive continuous optimization
Support governance and service improvement
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Linux and enterprise environments
Proven OpenShift/Kubernetes cluster experience in managing production environments
Experience in complex enterprise environments
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
Hands‐on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform,



or ArgoCD
Collaborative mindset and ability to translate technical concepts for non‐technical stakeholders
Technical Skills RedHat OpenShift
Kubernetes ecosystem
Linux (RHEL)
Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures
Scripting (Bash, Python, YAML)
CI/CD and DevOps tools
Monitoring and troubleshooting tools
Certifications RedHat OpenShift Administrator (EX280) – strongly preferred
Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD)
RedHat certifications
