Manager / Team Leader
In this Finance Manager role you will support Döhler Group's strategy and operations across Europe and the German HQ. You will deliver insightful financial analysis to drive performance and safeguard financial integrity, while leading a finance team and collaborating with cross‐functional partners. You will implement SAP modules, enhance dashboards, and manage cash flow and risks to enable sustainable growth. This is a hands‐on, globally connected role with a clear impact on financial health and strategic investment. Ensure accurate internal and external financial reporting
Oversee audits, tax compliance, and adherence to local/global standards
Manage operational KPIs, cost price calculations,



and business case analyses
Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
Drive SAP implementations and other financial digital tools
Enhance BI and dashboard capabilities for decision‐making
Proactively manage cash flow, expenditures, and treasury
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks (credit, liquidity, market)
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of three years' experience in financial management roles
Strong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
Experience with operational finance, supply chain controlling, and business case analysis
Advanced proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills
