We are seeking a Dev Ops Engineer with strong experience in enterprise, containerized, and multicloud environments, who will also take on the role of Security & Compliance Coordinator for the SWIFT scope. This position is responsible for coordinating the activities related to security governance and ensuring proper compliance with the SWIFT Customer Security Controls Framework (CSCF), while working closely with the teams in charge of designing and managing the infrastructure platforms. Dev Ops & Platform Engineering Design, deploy, configure, and manage Red Hat Open Shift and Kubernetes clusters across on‐premises and cloud environments. Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of hybrid and multicloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP). Operate and optimize Apache Kafka clusters, including Mirror/Mirror Maker configurations for replication and resilience. Provide support (nice‐to‐have) for Mongo DB , Postgre SQL , and My SQL regarding replication, scaling, and backup strategies. Implement observability solutions using:



Open Telemetry Prometheus / Grafana Elastic Promote Dev Ops/Git Ops practices using: Automation with Ansible CI/CD pipelines ( Jenkins , Git Hub Actions , Git Lab CI , Argo CD ) Scripting in Bash , Python , Go , YAML Manage security, authentication, and authorization processes: Certificates Encryption keys RBAC LDAP/IDM integration Oversee the complete infrastructure lifecycle , including provisioning, scaling, upgrades, and decommissioning of platform components. Collaborate with internal IT and application teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure solutions. Nice‐to‐have : experience with IBM Power systems in containerized environments. Nice‐to‐have : experience with virtualization and hyperconverged platforms such as: Open Shift Virtualization Nutanix VMware KVM or similar technologies.
