Experteer Overview In this role you will plan and manage end-to-end logistics activities to support operations. You will coordinate inbound and outbound transportation, packing, and supplier deliveries, while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliant documentation. You’ll optimize transport costs and collaborate with internal and external partners to smooth the supply chain. Your work will leverage SAP systems to track materials and invoices, contributing to Alstom’s greener, smarter mobility mission.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Plan and manage inbound transportation for stock entry
- Plan and manage packing, shipping and outbound transportation with internal providers and external suppliers
- Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity, including external supplier scrap
- Manage relationships with suppliers and the supply chain team to optimize deliveries and stock




- Handle materials from receiving to delivery in SAP - IM and WM
- Manage documentation for materials IN and OUT
- Optimize transport costs across internal and external warehouses
- Contact couriers or clients for logistics issues
- Manage costs and invoices for logistics/transport suppliers

Responsabilità
- Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively
- 3+ years experience in warehouse/logistics activities
- Good knowledge of SAP (IM and WM) and Excel
- Knowledge of invoice and PO tools (Ariba, Inspire)
- Knowledge of English
