Role
We are looking for a Junior Project Specialist to support project coordination activities at Honda R&D; Europe office in Rome. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates interested in project coordination within a multicultural and design‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support project coordination and scheduling activities
Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders, including Japan headquarters
Assist in tracking project progress, deliverables, and deadlines
Prepare and update project documentation and reports
Contribute to the organisation and alignment of activities
Ensure accurate and timely information flow across teams
Required Skills
Native‑level Japanese language proficiency
Working level of Italian and English




Strong organisational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Interest in design, mobility, and innovation
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
Academic or professional background in design, architecture, or related fields
Previous experience (internship or entry‑level) in project coordination or similar roles
Familiarity with multicultural working environments
Pay range: 25,000-38,000 €/year
