Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Work with sales teams to gather customer requirements, assess business challenges, and design optimal network solutions.
- Technical Presentations: Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value and functionality of the solutions.
- Solution Design: Design and present custom system architectures, ensuring they are technically feasible and align with customer needs.
- Proposal Support: Assist in creating technical proposals, including documentation, network architecture diagrams, and detailed specifications.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead PoC initiatives to demonstrate how the proposed solutions will address customer pain points.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, such as product management, engineering, and support, to ensure a cohesive solution.
- Market Awareness:



Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide customers with the latest solutions and best practices.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in a system or solution company as a Presales or technical support role
- Proposal and presentation writing and presentation skills
- Consultation for solution selling ability, self‑learner for new technology or tools to adapt to customer needs
- Cross‑team communication skills, problem‑solving ability
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- English proficiency
- Preferably possess at least one certification such as VCP or other network vendor‑specific certifications
