InPost Italy is seeking an experienced HR leader to act as the formal HR authority during the interim period. You will coach and develop the P&C; team and supervise the HR budget and payroll processes to ensure continuity. You will oversee recruitment, labour relations, and cost planning for the function.
The role requires deep knowledge of Italian labour law, CCNL management, and strong English for Group reporting and meetings.
