We are looking for a talented Java Technical Lead / Senior Java Developer to join a strategic project in Verona, Italy . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping software architecture, defining best practices, mentoring development teams, and driving technical excellence across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and support to development teams
- Collaborate with technical leaders and stakeholders across the organization
- Define and promote development guidelines, coding standards, and best practices
- Ensure software quality, security, maintainability, and scalability
- Design and evolve software architecture solutions




- Perform technology scouting and evaluate emerging technologies
- Contribute to the long-term application vision and technical roadmap
- Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework
- Deep understanding of Clean Code principles and software engineering best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to guide technical decisions and mentor development teams

⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Experience with Docker

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience
- Fluent Italian language skills
- Ability to work onsite in Verona on a daily basis
