Job Location: Hybrid (70% remote, 30% on site)

The SAP Tech Lead plays a key role within the CoE framework, ensuring the stability, performance, and technical evolution of the SAP landscape.
Working in close alignment with the SAP CoE, this role combines technical leadership, operational oversight, and cross-functional coordination to support secure, scalable, and business-aligned SAP solutions.
The position acts as a key technical reference point for platform improvements, integrations, and ongoing innovation initiatives. You will serve as the primary technical point of reference, supporting the design and implementation of new changes, project initiatives, and critical AMS issues.

Support the enablement of the SAP CoE strategy in technical perspective
Follow standards, methodologies, and best practices for SAP solutions
Ensure clear ownership of platform administration, security, integrations, and governance
Support, lead by SAP CoE, the adoption of the global business model and promote innovation across the SAP landscape




Monitor system performance, stability, and integrations according to CoE Strategy and Basis and AMS tools
Provide operational and technical support across application management, infrastructure coordination, and change management
Support the adoption of new SAP capabilities and innovation initiatives
Design and develop solution ensuring continuous improvement by optimizing business processes and system design
Support AMS activities, BPs in case of issues or technical enhancements and business needs

You will collaborate with Business Partners and development team to deliver agreed changes and enhancements across both existing and future applications; In addition, you will support critical operational activities to accelerate ticket resolution, in close collaboration with the AMS team.
