Overview
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies within the local market that positively impact customer‑facing associates. The strategies should optimize teams’ performance and drive growth and impact. This role involves designing and managing sales incentive programs, analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align sales activation strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee key field force operations activities, providing business context for Sales and Training (S&T;) initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive the implementation and communication of Field Force (FF) incentives and targets in a harmonized manner, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure fairness, consistency, and effectiveness.
- In conjunction with Business Unit heads, design the selling strategy and targeting approach including resource allocation, promotional grids, reach & frequency.




- Serve as the primary point of contact for Field Force teams, addressing their needs, concerns, and providing support to enhance their performance.
- Develop and implement onboarding processes for new local associates, giving access to necessary systems and tools, and leveraging resources to facilitate a smooth transition into their roles.
- Monitor effectiveness of the field force by conducting return on investment on strategic initiatives, health checks of incentives, SFE KPI monitoring of reach & frequency, and preparing monthly reports on key KPIs for local leadership.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness within Field Force operations.
- Act as the key liaison between Regional Sales Operations Manager and the Global Competency Center (GCC) to support local adoption of harmonised processes, including harmonised KPI definitions, segmentation and targ
