In this role you will lead Italy's VIP CRM and engagement strategy for DAZN Bet's sportsbook and casino, delivering high-touch experiences to premium players. You'll drive retention, player value, and first-time deposits by coordinating with Marketing, Product, and Analytics. You will own communications, promotions, rewards, and segmentation, using data to optimise campaigns and KPIs. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‐on execution in a fast-paced, growth‐focused environment. using Optimove Develop targeted segmentation to personalise campaigns Drive retention, lifecycle value, and profitable growth through data‐driven CRM initiatives Monitor and report campaign performance and optimise based on insights Lead continuous testing across messaging, offers, and campaigns Collaborate with Country, Product, and UX teams to optimise funnels (registration, KYC, deposit, conversion) Ensure activity complies with Responsible Gaming and regulatory requirements Responsabilità Minimum 5 years' experience in the Italian iGaming or sports betting market Strong experience managing VIP customers with retention and engagement expertise Proven expertise in premio management and promotional mechanics for high-value players Hands‐on experience with CRM tools and campaign execution (Optimove strongly preferred) Deep understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing Proven xr
