Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Corporate Banking Italy team in Milan, contributing to client coverage, deal execution, and cross-sell initiatives within the Italian middle market. You will work with senior bankers across origination and execution to deliver integrated lending, treasury and capital markets solutions. Expect hands‐on experience in financial modeling, due diligence, and client presentations, with increasing responsibility and collaboration across product partners and risk teams. Retribuzione / Benefits Support day‐to‐day client coverage for Italian corporate clients and assist in developing new business opportunities
Prepare pitch materials, credit analysis, and internal approval documentation
Structure, prepare and deliver client presentations
Participate in transaction execution and expand client interaction and responsibilities
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support deal execution and client management

Partner with product teams to deliver integrated solutions
Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders
Support portfolio monitoring, risk assessment, and sector analysis
Identify and support cross‐selling opportunities across the Bank's platform
Responsabilità Degree-level education (numerical discipline preferred such as economics or finance)
1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, investment banking, consulting or similar environment
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in Italian and English
Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and with multiple teams/individuals
