Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Oracle Cloud delivery for public sector and K-12 clients, guiding multi-year engagements and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will shape delivery strategy, manage budgets and timelines, and drive customer success through strong relationships and governance. The position emphasizes public sector expertise, growth, and collaboration within IBM's consulting framework. This is a client-facing leadership role with a focus on scalable, value-driven outcomes.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead delivery of a portfolio of public sector projects with multiple contractors and phases
Set objectives, monitor progress, and manage staffing, timelines, and budgets
Structure large client engagements and orchestrate cross-functional teams
Draft accurate statements of work aligned with client and IBM expectations
Identify and pursue new profitable business within existing clients
Participate in sales/presales for public sector pursuits and represent delivery methodology




Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and governance forumsEstablish best practices and customer advocacy within IBM delivery
Develop and expand IBM service lines within public sector accounts
Maintain long-term client relationships post-project and manage risk/contract aspects
Serve as solution expert to translate client needs into growth for IBM
Engage with public sector trade associations and regulatory entities
Responsabilità 15+ years of consulting experience or equivalent
At least 6 years of project/program management at IBM or other firms for public sector clients
Experience with ERP and HCM SaaS, preferably Oracle Cloud
Architect/solutions specialist or project manager background; consultative selling or closing experience
Track record of developing new add-on, profitable business
Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse client engagements
Collaborative, IBM-paced team player with ability to work across groups
