Would you like to make a real impact in the recycling industry? Imagine being able to say that 80% of household waste in major cities is processed by installations you helped bring to market. As a Country Sales Manager Italy, you will be responsible for managing and growing Bollegraaf's systems sales activities in Italy within the waste recycling market. You will play a key role in strengthening our market position by identifying opportunities, building long‐term customer relationships, and supporting our commercial growth plans.
Your focus is on sales development activities in the waste recycling business, including market research, project identification, customer interaction, and follow‐up, with a strong focus on direct sales. You take ownership of the full sales cycle — from technical and commercial support, quotations, and negotiations to performance agreements and contract closing. Working closely with internal technical and commercial teams, you ensure customers receive the right recycling solutions for their needs.
As the face of Bollegraaf in Italy,



you play an important role in strengthening our local presence and supporting our commercial activities in the region.
Manage and further develop our systems sales activities in Italy for the waste recycling integration portfolio, including full budget responsibility.
Drive sales of our systems within the waste recycling market, with the future potential to build up a local team.
Take ownership of quotations, contract negotiations, performance agreements, and contract signing.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal departments such as service support, back office, business development, R&D;, and our global sales equipment team.
Provide market‐relevant data for budget planning and assess the market potential of different market segments.
Prepare technical and commercial conditions for the application of our products in new and existing applications.
