Experteer Overview As part of Avio Aero, you will help shape manufacturing for new products through process definition, tooling validation, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to drive lead time reductions, cost of quality, and EHS actions in a hybrid work environment. The role focuses on applying LEAN and Six Sigma methods to scale manufacturing capabilities and support technology development. This is a hands‐on opportunity to impact product readiness and operational excellence at scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits Collaborate on defining and controlling production processes, including tooling and equipment
Validate design specs and shop floor application for new products, tools or equipment
Execute analyses using established methods and contribute to team-wide tech development
Collaborate with business unit personnel




Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI); document changes; drive process/fixture improvements, lead‐time and cycle‐time improvements, COQ and EHS actions
Participate in LEAN initiatives and apply Six Sigma tools for process improvements
Responsabilità Master's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience
Experience in production/manufacturing domain
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Fluent in Italian and English
Work Visa required by local regulation
