Medacta International is seeking a Senior HR Manager in Cermenate, Italy, to support the development of the Italian organization. You will act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees, ensuring scalable and compliant people processes.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Italian labour law, and fluency in Italian and English. The role will contribute significantly to Medacta's growth with responsibilities in HR partnership and payroll alignment.
This position offers a permanent contract with an annual salary range of EUR 52,000 - 78,000 along with various incentives and training opportunities.
