Job Description – Technical Lead / Software Architect (Java) – Verona (On‐site)
Must be based in Italy – No sponsorship available
Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Lead / Software Architect with strong hands‐on Java experience and a passion for guiding teams toward high‐quality delivery. You will play a central role in coordinating internal and external development teams, shaping technical solutions, and supporting Product Owners in transforming business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership — Manage internal and external development teams, ensuring alignment, productivity, and technical excellence.
- Project Planning — Estimate activities, plan workloads, and coordinate operations across stakeholders.
- Requirements Support — Collaborate with Product Owners and users to gather and refine requirements into clear user stories.
- Technical Solution Design — Identify the best technical approach for each initiative, ensuring scalability and maintainability.




- Architectural Guidance — Support development teams with architectural decisions and best practices.
- Technical Analysis — Perform in‐depth technical investigations when needed.
- Cross‐Team Coordination — Ensure smooth communication and alignment across all project contributors.

Mandatory Skills
- Java Development background (preferably with Spring in enterprise environments).
- Software Architecture experience.
- Team Management and leadership capabilities.
- Strong proactivity and ownership mindset.

Optional Skills
- Angular experience.
- Experience in structured enterprise environments.

Work Location
- On‐site presence required every day in Verona.
- Office located 20 minutes on foot from Verona Porta Nuova station.
