We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Business Developer to accelerate our growth in international markets, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe. This role combines strategic business development, sales leadership, and the support of new market initiatives and start-ups.
Your Mission
As a Business Developer, you will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting CRIF's portfolio of products and solutions and contributing directly to the company's growth strategy across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across assigned international markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, including:
- Prospecting and client acquisition
- Opportunity qualification




- Solution presentations and demonstrations
- Proposal development
- Contract negotiations
- Deal closure
- Generate new revenue streams by promoting CRIF's products and services to new and existing clients.
- Expand and strengthen existing client relationships by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and business growth targets.

Market & Client Management
- Develop and execute market development plans for countries under your responsibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
- Represent CRIF at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Project & Tender Management
- Lead tender submissions and complex commercial proposals, coordinating internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
