We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Business Developer to accelerate our growth in international markets, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe . This role combines strategic business development, sales leadership, and the support of new market initiatives and start-ups.
Your Mission
As a Business Developer, you will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting CRIF’s portfolio of products and solutions and contributing directly to the company’s growth strategy across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across assigned international markets.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, including:
Prospecting and client acquisition
Opportunity qualification
Solution presentations and demonstrations




Proposal development
Contract negotiations
Deal closure
Generate new revenue streams by promoting CRIF’s products and services to new and existing clients.
Expand and strengthen existing client relationships by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and business growth targets.
Market & Client Management
Develop and execute market development plans for countries under your responsibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
Represent CRIF at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Project & Tender Management
Lead tender submissions and complex commercial proposals, coordinating internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Collaborate closely with Product, Presales, and Delivery teams to
