Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Engineer in our IET team, you will develop and improve gas turbine testing processes, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor. You will drive standardization and lean initiatives, collaborating with cross-site teams to share best practices. Your work shapes tooling, routings, and procedures for aeroderivative testing (LM9000 & LM2500) in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This role offers hands‐on impact on shop‐floor performance and process evolution within a global energy context.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on safety, quality, productivity and capacity using structured problem‐solving and data‐driven decision making

Provide technical guidance and shop‐floor support to production teams; address issues,

Design and improve tooling and fixtures, perform capability analysis with emphasis on safety, ergonomics and quality
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering teams across Baker Hughes sites to share best practices and promote standardization and innovation
Responsibilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
Experience in manufacturing, production, or related support functions in a complex industrial environment
Fluency in English and Italian with strong written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and lead cross‐functional initiatives
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions
Proactive mindset with ability to drive change in a dynamic manufacturing setting
Continuous improvement mindset with curiosity and willingness to challenge status quo
