Junior Healthcare Consultant to join our team. The candidate will support Senior Consultants and Managers in the development and operational oversight of healthcare projects in MENA region. The role offers exposure to international healthcare projects, combining project management, operational support, analysis, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of healthcare systems and organizational structures, and is comfortable working in multicultural and complex environments. Key Responsibilities Support Senior Consultants and Managers in the planning, coordination and execution of healthcare projects in MENA region. Assist in project management and operational activities, including monitoring timelines, deliverables, and key project milestones. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on healthcare systems, policies, and market trends.



Assist in designing and implementing consulting projects such as, but not limited to: healthcare transformation initiatives, workforce development plan, digital health integration, and clinical governance improvements. Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather insights and foster strong client relationships. Support in market analysis, feasibility studies, proposal development, benchmarking exercises, and business plan preparation for healthcare projects. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Public Health, Health Sciences or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience : Experience in consulting (preferably in healthcare advisory) or related fields is a plus.
