with a focus on top managers' employment contracts and terminations, retention arrangements, remuneration structures, works councils and unions' relations, collective redundancy procedures, as well as any transaction-related employment law. The team also deals with contentious work, especially high value executives and managing directors' termination cases.Key responsibilities will include:* research* supporting due diligence processes and data room entry* assisting in the preparation of memos and document reviewKey requirements:* Law degree (currently enrolled in the fourth/fifth year);* Excellent academic credentials from an Italian University (please include the list of exams);* Strong interest in Labour law;* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;* Proficiency level in English;* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).The ideal candidate will take part in all of our professional activities and gain a good s
