Description
As a Senior Manager of Product Specialists at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of Technical Sales Specialists (TSS) across EMEA. You will guide business growth, meet revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction through innovative solutions and technical expertise. Working in a collaborative matrix environment, you will partner with sales, marketing, product management,

and other cross-functional teams to implement commercial strategies and develop market opportunities. Your leadership will be essential in developing and retaining talent, creating a culture of excellence, and ensuring your team delivers exceptional customer value. You will use data-driven insights to enhance sales processes, maintain robust forecasting, and adapt strategies to meet evolving market demands. As a key leader, you'll support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer while embodying our core values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
Requirements
Masters Degree plus 12 years of progressive commercial experience in life sciences, analytical instruments, or related industry
Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related scientific field
3+ years of people management experience leading teams in a matrix environment
