Experteer Overview In this role, you will support the Silk, Decor & Kids Collection Coordination Senior Manager in guiding the product development process from concept to final product. You'll work closely with Designers, the Collection Director, and Product Development teams to align calendars, samples, and documentation across collections. You'll coordinate fittings, asset management, and cross‐department requests, ensuring timely delivery and accurate archive organization. This is an opportunity to shape collections at a top luxury house within a collaborative, cross‐functional environment.

Review products by routing samples to relevant teams and ensuring deadlines are met
Coordinate all product development steps from inspiration to delivery




Support Design Team in preparing Collection Overviews
Prepare materials for reviews with the Artistic Director and keep documents up to date
Track sketches, samples, prototypes and store information in shared drives, cloud folders and archives
Manage requests from various departments and ensure timely handling
Oversee archive and research garment management and related requests
Manage communications with Product Development Teams and Merchandising
Coordinate and attend fittings from prototype to product delivery
Responsabilità min 5 years of experience in a similar Silk & Soft product development role
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
fluency in Italian and English
