Accountabilities




Develop and execute payment strategies aligned with overall business objectives to support platform growth and transaction efficiency.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing payment service providers while identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partners.
Lead negotiations with payment partners regarding fees, contract terms, and service levels to ensure optimal business conditions.
Monitor payment performance metrics such as transaction success rates, failures, and processing efficiency, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams including product, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless payment integration.
Conduct ad‐hoc analyses and market research to support strategic decision‐making and improve payment ecosystem performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in payments, financial services, business development, or related fields in a global or high‐growth environment.
