Our partner is looking for a System Analyst based in Italy. As a System Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing a modern cross-border payment infrastructure used by global businesses. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and business teams, you will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on payment systems, banking integrations, APIs, and cloud-based architectures while contributing to a rapidly evolving fintech environment. You will help improve platform performance, streamline processes, and support the delivery of innovative financial products. Accountabilities Analyze, document, and continuously improve payment infrastructure, acquiring platforms, and banking integrations. Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements, technical specifications, workflows, and solution designs.



Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with strategic objectives. Support the integration of new payment providers, banking partners, and third-party services. Define API requirements, data flows, system workflows, integration logic, and acceptance criteria for new and existing initiatives. Review technical implementation details, including API contracts, data models, logs, and technical documentation where appropriate. Identify opportunities to improve scalability, automation, operational efficiency, and system reliability. Validate delivered solutions, clarify requirements throughout development, and contribute to successful product delivery.
