Within the Sales and Marketing team based in Milan , the Congress and Events Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of congresses, events, educational grants, training activities, and related compliance and administrative processes within MicroPort.
Your missions will be as follows
- Coordination and administration of congress and event participation, including stakeholder alignment, provider management, internal approvals, SAP processes, contract handling, sponsorship agreements, and invoice documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., 231 dossier). The role also oversees event calendars, promotional spend tracking, and reporting.




- Management of the event logistics for congresses and exhibitions, including marketing tool deployment, booth coordination, material shipping, supplier management, and hospitality support.
- In the area of Educational Grants, the role handles planning, provider selection, approval workflows, compliance documentation, grant tracking, and reporting to internal committees and Compliance.
- Support Global Marketing Training activities, including invitations, participant registration, logistics coordination, and financial administration through SAP and accounting processes.
- Additional responsibilities include management of field specialist materials, branded assets distribution, shipping coordination, courier issues, and inventory control, as well as office supplies procurement and SAP purchasing processes.
