About the role:
It’s an exciting time to join Convatec Ostomy Care Team.
The Market Access Manager role at ConvaTec is a critical leadership position reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This role involves managing a team of two people to deliver access, reimbursement, pricing, and clinical initiatives.




The responsibilities include developing and executing a local market access strategy, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders, and driving successful market access outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, cross‑functional collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of the therapeutic area to achieve market share targets and revenue growth.
A key focus of the role is to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and key accounts, collaborating with global and local teams to ensure market penetration and long‑term success. They will particularly also focus on engaging with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), orchestrate scientific activities including round tables, ad boards and scientific events.
