Role Summary
You’ll be enhancing the delivery of complex and interesting construction projects through high‑standard project planning. Your role involves devising strategies and tactics to improve project delivery, translating knowledge into a logic‑linked plan, analysing it with planning software, and using the plan to help teams prioritise.
Team
This role is part of the Project Management Consultancy team which focuses on understanding project problems, implementing solutions, and developing scalable best practices, tools and technology. More specifically, you will be part of the Project Planning Team led by a planning discipline director.

Responsibilities




- Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure that the project is working to it effectively. Ensure delays are mitigated and managed commercially.
- Own the outcome: ensure the project team’s understanding and focus on the plan – no matter how stubborn they are.
- Report and inform: provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels that help them deliver their part of the project more efficiently and effectively.
- Make scalable solutions: develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team so that long‑term impact is achieved.
- Develop everyone: maximise the development of your team personally and professionally and educate our clients to improve as well.

Qualifications
- Construction engineering background: at least 2+ years of experience on construction projects, experience in project planning (both software and principles), decent Excel skills, and a strong interest in data.
