The Role: Collection Merchandising Intern
At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Collection Merchandising Intern who can join the Collection Merchandising Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan.
As a Collection Merchandising Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Team in the development and execution of seasonal strategies. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Italian, have a strong interest in fashion and product strategy, and demonstrate excellent analytical and organizational skills. The position will provide both strategic and operational support to the Collection Merchandising Team, contributing to the alignment between product offer,
market needs, and business objectives.
Your Impact
- Sell-In and Sell-Out Analyses
- Support Team throughout the Collection Development process through organization of related files
- Support Team during Pricing, Master Order and Sales Campaign
- Production of Supporting materials both during sales campaign (Master Order File, Collection Book Presentation, Look List, Feedback Templates) and during the season (Omnichannel Journal, Other Documents)
- Track Market Trends / Competitor Offer (Pricing and Product Offer throughout the different markets)
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Fluency in English
- Graduated or attending a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Economics or similar
- Knowledge and Passion about Fashion/Apparel Industry
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- A previous experience in Collection Merchandising/Retail Merchandising is considered a plus
