Business Process Analyst at BairesDev

In this role, you'll map business processes tied to application modernization efforts, helping teams understand how legacy and mainframe-class systems function before they're re-architected into modern cloud platforms. This is your opportunity to build your career at the intersection of process analysis and technical modernization, contributing to meaningful transformation projects.

What You'll Do:

- Map and document business processes related to application modernization initiatives.
- Apply systems engineering concepts to analyze complex technical and business workflows.
- Support client-facing consulting engagements through structured process analysis.




- Gather requirements from stakeholders to inform accurate process documentation.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in business process mapping.
- Background in systems engineering.
- Exposure to consulting or professional services delivery in project-based, client-facing environments.
- Familiarity with application modernization, including re-architecting legacy or mainframe-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .NET.
- Experience with requirements gathering.
- Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

- Mainframe or COBOL domain familiarity.
