Italian-Speaking B2B Customer Service – Porto, Portugal

Your Responsibilities
- Support businesses booking flights, hotels and trips
- trouble shooting problems
- This is large business bookings, not inbound consumer customer services.

Salary & Benefits
This job is not about getting rich, Portugal is a lower cost of living country and we’re not looking for someone with any experience.

You will earn enough to live and with accommodation being heavily subsidised, with food included, its a good deal. All you need to do is book the flight.
- 1000€ per month - you get paid 14 times in Portugal
- Guaranteed premio of 100€ per month
- Food allowance of 7.23€ per day - about €167 per month tax free

- Accommodation costs just 280€ - you get your own room in a shared apartment
Taxes are low in Portugal, 10% on the salary you’re earning.
As this is B2B the shifts are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Weekends off.
Your Profile (Essential Requirements)
- Fluent Italian (C1+) and English (B2+)
- Thats it! This is an entry level role, if you’ve just left Uni, college, never had a job, thats cool, you’ll complete some interviews, do a test and the job is yours.
- You’ll need an EU Passport
