At FrieslandCampina, we're looking for a commercially minded and entrepreneurial Product Manager to lead the growth and innovation of our Private Label Cheese portfolio in Italy.
This is a unique opportunity to own a strategically important category, influencing everything from product development and assortment strategy to profitability and market expansion. Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, operations, and customer needs, you'll help bring consumer-focused products to market while driving sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do
As Product Manager, you'll play a central role in defining and executing our private label strategy for the Italian market. You will:
- Develop and execute the category strategy for our Private Label Cheese portfolio
- Identify market trends, consumer needs, and growth opportunities to drive innovation
- Lead product launches from idea through commercialization
- Manage portfolio performance, including sales, profitability, and market share
- Own category P&L; responsibility and support business growth initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams
- Translate data and insights into actionable business recommendations
- Continuously optimize the product assortment to meet customer and consumer expectations
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a strategic thinker who combines commercial awareness with a hands-on approach.
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Brand Management, Category Management, or a related marketing role
- Experience working with Private Label products in the Italian market is highly valued
- Experience within food, dairy, or FMCG is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations
