Job Title: Structural Fitter
Location: Nola, Italy
Employment Type: Contract
Start Date: End of August 2026
Role Conditions
Contract Length: 3–5 months
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
Hours: Approximately 50 hours per week
Overtime: Available where required
Travel Expenses: Up to €250 reimbursed at the start and end of the contract.
Accommodation: Not provided. An accommodation allowance is included to help towards accommodation costs.
About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Structural Fitters to support a major aircraft production programme in Nola, Italy.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy aircraft production environment carrying out structural work on the Airbus A321 fuselage.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out stringer removal, treatment and refit on the Airbus A321 fuselage.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Complete all work in accordance with company quality standards and production requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently within production timescales.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years’ aircraft production experience (2 years may be considered depending on experience)
- Aerospace production experience
- Ability to work a two-shift pattern
- Must be able to speak English
- Right to work in the EU
Desirable:
- Airbus production experience
- Commercial aircraft production experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high-quality standards
