An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, helping them manage their schedules, communications, and daily operations efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting senior leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, preparing documents, and handling confidential information. The role serves as a key point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners while ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting agendas.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and business records.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and basic budget tracking.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders professionally.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with calendar management software.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced business environment.

Pay: €32,000.00 - €42,000.00 per year
