ph3Your Role /h3 pAs a bCorporate Project Manager /b at Technogym you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of cross‑functional projects. Your primary purpose is to provide centralized management over a portfolio of corporate projects, guaranteeing they align with our business goals, are completed on time, and stay within budget. You will serve as a key liaison between department heads, executive stakeholders, and project teams to foster collaboration and ensure seamless project delivery. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liManage the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. /li liDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. /li liImplement and oversee project management methodologies and best practices across the organization. /li liAnalyze project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize potential roadblocks. /li liEnsure clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, including regular status reporting. /li liCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. /li liDevelop and manage detailed project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are met. /li liMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. /li liLead and motivate project teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver high‑quality results.
