ph3THE POSITION /h3 pThe Production Planner Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the availability of materials and the smooth execution of intercompany supply flows, balancing customer service, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency across the end-to-end supply chain. The position interfaces closely with Procurement Planning, Production Execution, Quality Management, Inbound and Outbound Logistics, and other cross-functional business partners. Key challenges include managing a complex supply network across multiple manufacturing sites and logistics partners, ensuring continuity of supply while balancing service levels, inventory targets, and working capital objectives in a dynamic environment. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to inventory optimization initiatives, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, develop expertise in SAP planning and supply chain analytics and actively participate in continuous improvement and digitalization projects. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCommunicate effectively with Manufacturing Management and shop floor personnel regarding daily issues that may impact production schedule adherence /li liMonitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels for assigned materials, adjusting stock parameters based on operational and business requirements /li liImplement actions to reduce short-dated and expired materials, ensuring proper inventory control measures are applied /li liMaintain MRP master data for assigned materials and collaborate with the teams responsible for the MDGx process to ensure data accuracy and consistency /li liAnalyze, monitor,



and update relevant supply chain and inventory KPIs /li liSupport the continuous improvement of planning processes and supply chain performance /li liReview and manage material availability to support production plans and customer demand /li liMonitor supply risks and proactively potential shortages /li liParticipate in SOP / Demand Supply Review processes /li liCoordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment execution /li liSupport root cause analysis for supply disruptions and service level deviations /li liEnsure compliance with planning processes and data governance standards /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience or knowledge in Supply Chain Planning and Scheduling within a pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing environment or similar industry /li liKnowledge of SAP or other ERP systems /li liSolid understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Scheduling, Inventory Management and Supply Planning processes principles /li liStrong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI is a plus) /li liEffective communication and stakeholder management skills in Italian and English /li liProactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize and work under changing business conditions /li liKnowledge of cGMP manufacturing guidelines is considered an advantage /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liFor this position, we offer a temporary contract with an external agency /li liThe gross annual base salary foreseen for this position ranges from € 26.600 to € 39.300, depending on candidate's skills and experience. /li liA wide range of benefits for your physical, financial, social and mental wellbeing. /li liA support to develop your own professional and personal paths, including our full range of development programs. /li /ul pWe warmly welcome applications from candidates belonging to protected categories, in accordance with Law 68/99. /p pWe foster a workplace built on respect, trust, and empathy—free from discrimination.
