/strong This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART's standards.
/ppbr / /ppThis leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for retail management.

/ppbr / /ppstrongResponsabilities: /strong /pulliSupport the Store Manager in the daily management of the store and act as the operational point of reference in their absence /liliContribute to ensuring excellent customer service by assisting in handling any issues or complaints /liliAssist the Store Manager in training and coordinating the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedure /liliCollaborate in achieving sales targets by motivating the team and monitoring daily results /liliMonitor inventory levels,
