Omada by TP-Link Italia is seeking an independent, energetic professional for the role of Business Networks Support Engineer.
This L2 position focuses on SMB/Enterprise product lines and global business customers, providing remote and on-site support, and documenting tickets.
You will collaborate with sales and engineering, work with Italy customers, and help escalate complex issues to R&D; and product teams.
Strong networking knowledge and certifications (CCNA/CCNP) are highly valued.
