Baudouin, a historic engine manufacturer, seeks a proactive business development professional to drive OEM growth across Italy and Eastern Europe.
The role requires a strong commercial mindset, technical understanding, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with strategic customers.
You will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Service and Production teams, defining priorities and delivering projects with autonomy while traveling up to 50% to engage with customers.
