Currently, we are seeking a skilled and experienced System Safety Engineer with a background in the defense/military sector to join our client.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with military-grade systems, a deep understanding of functional safety standards, and the ability to handle classified documentation in accordance with national and international security protocols.
- Participate in defining and implementing functional safety requirements, complying with standards like IEC *****, MIL-STD-882, and ISO ***** (adapted to the defense domain).
- Collaborate with system, hardware, and software teams to ensure safety requirements are correctly interpreted and implemented.
- Contribute to hazard analyses, risk assessments (HARA), and other safety studies throughout the system lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain safety-related documentation such as safety plans,



technical safety concepts, and verification reports.
- Support design reviews, audits, and safety assessments—both internal and external.
- Collaborate on system architectures and propose technical safety solutions adapted to operational conditions.
- Operate in a secure environment and manage documentation according to confidentiality and security procedures.
