Satispay is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel (Transactional) to own drafting, negotiation, and strategy for key commercial agreements across our business lines.
You will structure and manage strategic partnerships from inception to execution, advising on SaaS, procurement, and marketing agreements in a fast-paced fintech environment.
You will lead procurement tenders and drive legal improvements with the AI team, leveraging a strong ownership mindset to handle multiple transactions
