Quality Coordinator Coating and Preservation (M/F/D)

In this role you will coordinate all quality inspection activities for coating, painting, preservation and insulation, acting as the main technical contact for quality with customers. You'll lead inspection planning, supervise audits, and ensure alignment with project specs and ITPs. You will work closely with Construction and Engineering to execute the Quality Control Plan and drive continuous improvement. The position offers exposure to high-stakes compliance and customer-facing quality stewardship within a leading energy technology team.

Plan and manage execution of quality inspections and coordinate inspector teams to follow ITPs
Supervise customer audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements




Serve as customer's technical contact for quality issues and drive timely corrective actions
Address and resolve quality matters, providing updates to customers
Collaborate with Construction and Engineering to ensure QC Plan meets requirements
Adopt best-practice guidelines and promote continuous improvement in processes and systems
Adhere to BH Quality standards and QMS, and comply with HSE protocols
BSc or MSc in Engineering with 10+ years of experience or alternate degree with 20+ years in fabrication-related role
AMPP/NACE Level 2 or FROSIO xrdbqlu Level III certification (NACE Level 3 is a plus)
Ability to interpret technical drawings (P&ID;, wiring diagrams, general arrangements)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Self-motivated, deadline-focused, flexible without compromising quality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
