Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive module industrialization and the long?term strategy for scalable production.
You will partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to optimize execution models, BOMs, and fabrication cycles.
You'll lead constructability reviews, support cost modeling and supplier alignment, and advance digital tooling and quality processes.
This position offers hands?on impact in a global engineering context with travel to Italy and a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and execution excellence.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Define and optimize detailed execution model with the engineering team
Lead constructability reviews
Contribute to BOM creation and new fabrication cycles in the execution model
Analyze and quote new projects
Support procurement to align supplier base with the new execution model
Participate in workouts with internal and vendor teams for ideas and validation on lead time and cost
Assist engineering in new design constructability




Develop cost models for module construction and contribute to ITO configurator
Validate business cases for new yards
Enhance quality tools for BH and suppliers (digitalization efforts)
Revise documentation according to the new execution model (QCP, work instructions, cycles)
Travel ~5% to Italy
Work with flexibility in working patterns
Responsabilità
Degree in Engineering - Mechanical preferred
Proven technical experience in module design/construction
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Fluent in English and Italian (oral and written)
EU Work Permit
